García Esteve is currently the managing partner of PLUTA Abogados y Administradores Concursales, SLP, leading the operations in Spain of the renowned international firm PLUTA.
With an outstanding professional career spanning over 25 years as a lawyer and financial analyst, García Esteve specializes in corporate restructuring, financial crisis management, and insolvency proceedings. He is regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator by commercial courts throughout Spain, particularly in Madrid and Barcelona.
Prior to joining PLUTA, García Esteve worked for prestigious law firms and a prominent banking institution as a lawyer and risk analyst, gaining extensive experience in complex insolvency situations and financial crises.
García Esteve holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from ESADE. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, researching the implementation and effectiveness of early warning tools designed to prevent corporate insolvency.
