TMA Europe Launches New Financial Services Round Table Debates

TMA Europe will bring together some of the most influential figures in the European financial services sector in a series of events that will see key banking trends and policy debated. An inaugural series of FS Round Table discussions is being planned, starting in London on Wednesday, 28 January. Further events will be held in Milan, Madrid, and Frankfurt.
The Round Tables will each feature a panel of senior figures from central banks, regulators, and law firms, together with alternative investors, PE and IFAs.Each debate will take place in front of an audience. Speakers will be invitation only, focusing on the leading voices in the field, the audience will be open to interested parties in the turnaround and banking field.
The events are being led by TMA board member Lukas Fecker, who said, “We want to get the right people together to look at the current trends and problems in banking restructuring, share their knowledge and ideas, and come up with some solutions.”¾
The debates will be open to anyone working in turnaround and restructuring and will provide them with the chance to hear first-hand from experts in the field.
Mr. Fecker added, “These events will be a great opportunity for turnaround professionals to hear direct from some of the financial services big hitters. We are already getting a lot of interest and are sure the Round Tables will prove a great addition to TMA Europe’s well-established programme of events.”
The London Round Table will be held at The Brewery,¾Chiswell Street, and will focus on the role London can play in the European financial markets. The debate will also look at the injection of new money and the use of alternative capital in the turnaround and restructuring market.
