A dual Swiss and French national, Mr. Bouille is Managing Director and Head of EMEA Region at Chiron Financial, operating out of Houston (USA) and Europe (Paris, London, Lausanne). He is a founding member and Board Member of TMA Switzerland and currently serves as TMA Europe Co-Chair Conferences and Sponsorship. Greg has extensive volunteer leadership experience and a strong focus on cross-border connectivity within the turnaround and restructuring community.
With over 25 years of experience advising and transforming global businesses—including family-owned enterprises, private equity-backed companies, SMBs, and international corporations—Mr. Bouille is a trusted advisor at Chiron. In addition, he serves as a non-executive director (NED) and advisory board member for various Swiss and international companies and has been active on the boards of the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA) since 2020.
