He has a solid experience in purchase and sale transactions of productive units, both as advisor to the debtor and as Insolvency Practitioner, successfully and efficiently managing pre-pack operations. He also offers significant experience in restructuring agreements. He has also been a defense lawyer at administrators of companies liability proceedings.

In addition to his experience in the management and legal advice of companies in crisis, his legal-economic academic background is remarkable. Currently as a PhD student in law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, after having completed the Master’s Degree in Financial Management at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance at ESADE Business School and the Program of Business in Crisis, Restructuring and Insolvency at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, also having obtained the European Certificate of Financial Analyst from the European Federations of Financial Analysts Societies. He studied the Degree of Law at the Universitat de Barcelona.
