Partner, Bignami Associati (ERS Italy)Roger gives professional advice in corporate governance, corporate transactions, distressed businesses and special situation. In particular, he takes care of company acitivties, relationships with the trade unions and the industrial associations, relationships with attorneys, negotiations with acquirers and/or sellers of enterprises under restructiring or liquidation, and of relationshipis with the judicial Commissioners.
Born in Pescara in 1965, Roger Olivieri graduated with honours in Business Economics from Università degli Studi G. d’Annunzio. Chartered accountant and auditor since 1993. Partner of Studio Bignami Associati since 2012.
At present, he is non executive director of Gequity SpA (italian listed company), chairman of the board of auditors of GEICO SpA (Taikisha Group), statutory auditor of Anika Therapeutics S.r.L., Toyo Tires Italia S.p.A and of PPD Italy S.r.L. He is vice president of Italian Chapter of TMA Turnaround Management Association and is member of NED Community-Italian association of the non executives directors independent administrators for which he took part to editing Principles of Governance for the not listed company.
