He joined Smith & Williamson in September 2021 from Deloitte and has previously been involved in advising clients on large and complex M&A transactions covering operational due diligence, synergy plans and executing post-deal transformation strategies. He has worked with clients across UK and the rest of Europe, US, Africa and India. Pranav brings experience from different industries with a focus on the financial services sector covering insurance, banking, wealth & asset management and FinTech companies.
