Senior Ministerial Counsellor in the Civil Procedure and Insolvency Legislation Unit at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech RepublicOndřej Zezulka serves as Senior Ministerial Counsellor in the Civil Procedure and Insolvency Legislation Unit at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic since 2015.
In the field of his expertise, he focuses on theoretical aspects of both Czech and European insolvency law. He is currently working on the transposition of the Directive (EU) on restructuring and insolvency as he also participated in its drafting as a national expert nominated to the Council ́s working party. He is also an author or co-author of a number of publications and lectures related to insolvency law.
