Marco coordinates the business development and operations of the HR Solutions team and consultants; he is also personally involved in the design and delivery of talent and career management paths. In particular, he specializes in the provision of potential assessment for succession planning and in coordinating, as PM, hiring and volume assessment projects.

Graduated in Modern Literature at the State University of Milan and with a degree in Piano from the Cantelli Music Conservatory in Novara, he obtained a Master in HR & Organization at the Bocconi University in Milan. He is a certified assessor with the Hogan methodology.

In ManpowerGroup, first in Experis and later in Right Management, he gained extensive experience in the search and selection of managerial and top management profiles for various industrial technical sectors, in the development and training of effective techniques for the search for new employment, in the design of innovative solutions for workforce management through assessment and leadership development tools.

Previously, Marco taught Piano and musical subjects for several years. He continues to be involved in music, teaching young students and composing choral music and songs for pleasure; he is organist and conductor of a polyphonic choir.
