Manuel has a proven track record in leading transformation, executing global innovation and strategic projects and change disruptive programmes involving Operations, HR, IT, Sales and other functional areas. More recently, Manuel has delivered digital, regulatory, growth and change projects and is the promoting digital and agile culture. He also got a sound background in leading sales and business development teams.
Founder of Wave Consulting, he advised startups and early stage businesses. Passionate about the learning & development arena, he led full end to end executive training programmes and is currently an Academic Director in masters and executive programmes as well as lecturing in Exponential Organizations, new organizational models, Digital Talent, Management 3.0, Culture Change and Leadership.
