Julie Lavoir
Ascagne AJJulie was appointed as Juridical Administrator in 2010 and worked as a partner in a firm specialized in court appointed representatives from 2010 till 2014. She then created ASCAGNE AJ, a law firm specialized in restructuring, insolvency and court appointed representatives.
Most of the time, Julie helps CEOs set up a new strategy, make savings, find new lines of business, restructure debts and search for new funds. In some cases, she also arranges the sale of the company, thus ensuring fair competition among bidders. Finally, providing an accurate information to the Court so that it knows that the company is carefully monitored during its recovery process.
Julie’s interest in crypto and blockchain has been fostered by incessant search for new financing as well as curiosity with respect to how law frame will be disrupted by innovation and shall evolve.
