He has +30 years of experience in building and transforming successful businesses and operations, working for top-tier multinationals in the tobacco/financial/biotech sectors, leading family businesses and turning around several distressed companies. He has a proven track record in various countries and in a variety of senior leadership roles such as chief restructuring officer (CRO), freelance operating partner to PE/VC/Family Offices, serial entrepreneur, owner, managing director and Chairman.

Greg has led domestic and global functional teams in the areas of business development, strategy & growth, corporate finance, change management, sales & marketing, value creation, business model innovations, etc., as well as in multiple industries such as Luxury goods, Watches, Cutlery, Consumer durables, FMCG, Food & Tobacco, Consumer packaged goods, Biotech & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Investment banking, Real estate, Industrial products and Services. He is a “lifelong learner”, a “growth mindseter”, a “value builder” and a skilled facilitator/coach always eager to learn from other people and businesses.

Greg holds a civil engineering degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in supply chain & logistics from EPFL, an MBA from London Business School and is certified by EACTP^®, Strategyzer^® (strategy, growth & innovation), Value Builder^®, MW^®, APIA^® and the International Centre for Corporate Governance & Directorship (ICCG^®) from the University of St.Gallen.

As non-executive director (NED), he has served on the boards of several Swiss & international firms, as well as of the Swiss Turnaround Association and TMA since 2020.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing golf and skiing. He is an enthusiastic wine-tasting and contemporary ballet amateur. Greg has been happily married to his wife Veronique and they have two young adults, Jérôme (20) born in London and Maxime (17) in Switzerland.
