Gianina Lazanu
Managing Partner, Target Consulting BoardGianina is a former banker, working for 21 years in one of the biggest banks in Romania, BRD Groupe Societe Generale. She worked as manager in different fields: sales, quality and processes optimization, loans origination and workout.
During previous crises, she coordinated the Restructuring and Recovery Department, companies and individuals, being among the first bankers who externalized the recovery process in Romania and who sold loan portfolios.
She was involved in reviewing the Insolvency Law and in many restructuring projects, in or out of court. Now, she is involved in the EU Directive implementation, as Romanian Business Leaders representative and Turnaround Management Association member.
Starting 2016, Gianina has been acting as consultant for financing and/or restructuring different projects, including state companies, as Economy Ministry counsellor or Board member.
Gianina has been an active member of the Turnaround Management Association since the beginning of the chapter in Romania and is also a Board member.
