Fabienne started her career in 2001 with a special counsel before the French Supreme Court, before going on to work successively with English and American law firms. She then became a partner of boutique firms specialized in restructuring before setting up her own firm in 2021.

Fabienne’s recent experience mostly in restructuring and litigation includes:

• Advising distressed companies and/or heir directors in the context of amicable restructuring proceedings under French law (French ad hoc mandate and conciliation proceedings) in various sectors including hospitality, tourism, and industry (renegotiations of LBO debt, operating and covid debts);
• Advising debtor companies in their reorganization / safeguard proceedings
• Defending company directors in several personal liability suits before French Courts
• Advising creditors company in the context of restructuring and reorganization /safeguard proceeding
• Defending clients in the context of shareholders / post-acquisition / commercial disputes

She is a graduate of ESCP business school (Paris), where she majored in Economics (joint program with Babson College – Boston, USA).  She studied law at the University of Paris 2 (Panthéon-Assas), where she earned two Masters’ degrees in Business Law and Private International Law and a post-graduate degree in Business Law.
