Financial Restructuring Manager, Aca NexiaNextGen TMA France member, ex-Big 4 turnaround professional with a double degree (finance & law), Elena is involved as a financial restructuring Manager at Aca Nexia (Nexia Group, 8th audit & advisory worldwide network) in Paris.
She assists clients in “special situations” (restructuring & insolvency), mainly mid-cap companies and French subsidiaries of international groups of all sectors, providing financial advisory services, such as independent business review (IBR), cash flow improvement services, distressed M&A.
Throughout her career, Elena has built up a multidisciplinary turnaround experience: she has been engaged in a distressed M&A boutique, a Receiver firm and the restructuring departments of major audit & financial advisors (Deloitte France).
Member of two professional associations, TMA France and AJR (French restructuring association for NextGen professionals with more than 150 active members), Elena is also engaged as a volunteer in several non-profit associations assisting young women and immigrants in their social and professional integration.
