Denise R Hamer is Head of Kinstellar’s Asset Solutions Sector and Co-Head of Kinstellar’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, with a regional role covering Central and Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe (C/SEE).

Denise has over 30 years of legal practice experience with broad technical and geographical legal expertise. She has been general counsel and managing partner in top-tier global financial institutions, investment funds, corporates (including listed companies), consultancies and law firms. Her practice extends to Special Situations (including Non-Performing and Non-Core Assets), Financial Restructuring, Private Equity / Buy and Sell Side M&A, Banking & Finance, and Real Estate, representing investors, creditors, and debtors.

Denise is a native English speaker and also speaks Russian, French, German and Spanish. She is admitted to the New York, Slovak and Czech Bars and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer qualified to practice in the UK.

Denise has been ranked in the CEE finance sector and the Legal 500 noted her as having “a wealth of financial experience”.
