A Chartered Accountant, he has worked in industry since qualifying and for many years and led a plc M&A team. He has operated at board level in upper mid-market and SME companies in the UK, US and Europe in sectors including automotive supply, commercial vehicle manufacture, industrial systems and various B2B services. Founded in 2008, BM&T was the driving force behind the ERS turnaround and restructuring network in Europe and has been affiliated with Conway MacKenzie in North America for 10 years.
