He is responsible for maintaining a close relationship with existing clients and for establishing new contacts for future business with potential occupiers or developers and investors.
He has more than 18 years of experience in sales and over 9 years in real estate. In the Bucharest industrial market, Costin is involved in establishing locations for rapidly growing e-commerce, courier companies and logistic operators while also providing consultancy on renewable energy projects to be developed in Romania.
Currently, Costin is leading the largest team in the industrial real-estate market in Romania, 7 professionals that work together with the purpose of offering the clients the best full-service experience in the industry.
