
Boudewijn Wellink CTP
Founding Partner, CatapultBoudewijn Wellink brings over 25 years of international experience in assisting companies and stakeholders through periods of change across a wide range of industries.
He is founding partner of Catapult, an independent advisory boutique delivering turnaround management and restructuring support as well as performance improvement and mergers & acquisitions services to companies facing tough and unfamiliar challenges.
Earlier, he was a partner with an investment firm, focusing on special situations. There, he initiated the acquisition and managed the turnaround of several distressed companies.
Boudewijn has a track record as an energetic interim executive director dealing with critical situations. He combines his vast hands-on experience with a sound knowledge of operational, financial and commercial management.
Prior to his executive and advisory roles, Boudewijn was an M&A banker with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in London.
Boudewijn holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Erasmus University – Rotterdam School of Management. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP, EACTP) and member of the Standards and Admissions Committee of the EACTP.
