Counsellor – Ministry of Finance, focusing on state aid at policy level as well as on a case-by-case level.

Banking experience – Erste Group, the largest financial institution in CEE:

Risk underwriting of 3 billion EUR portfolio in agriculture, healthcare, transportation & automotive sectors;
Financial restructuring of large & legacy cases;
M&A/distressed M&A transactions.
