President, Alebimta/Alpaha Corporate FinanceAlain Le Berre has over 30 years of broad-ranging experience with a focus on turnarounds / operational restructuring & improvements / financial & debt restructurings / and M&A-related topics such as Carve-Outs, etc.
He typically acts as CRO or interim CFO / CxO roles, or as an external consultant or non-executive director.
Prior to founding Alebimta in Switzerland in 2010, he had held positions in the UK, France and Germany such as MD in investment banking, Partner with several Big 4 accounting firms, and before that acted as operating partner for private equity and held operational management roles as CFO / CRO positions. An engineer by initial training, he holds a M.Sc., an MBA (hon.) from INSEAD, and is a CTP / Fellow of the EACTP. Alain speaks French, English and German equally fluently.
