WHEN DOES THE EVENT RUN?
The 2021 Annual European will be hosted online on Thursday 30th September: 0830-1830 hours BST/0930-1930 hours CET.
Register before midnight BST on Friday 3rd September 2021 to lock in your Early Bird discount. From Saturday 4th September registration will only available at Regular pricing.

Registration is processed via Eventbrite, taking a credit card payment or contact us if you would prefer to be invoiced.
For invoices, registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
This year’s event offers a flatter pricing structure, with no TMA member/non-member difference. Prices have been reduced for 2021 and offer Early Bird and Regular options:

Should your plans change and you can no longer attend, you can make a name change for no extra fee.
If you need to cancel, TMA Europe must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received on or before midnight BST Thursday 2nd September 2021 (4 weeks out from the event) will be refunded subject to a £25 (+ VAT cancellation charge where applicable).
No refunds will be granted after midnight BST on Thursday 2nd September 2021.

How does my company become an event sponsor?

Please contact TMA Europe with your preferred option. A Sponsorship Agreement Form must be completed by return to reserve a sponsorship package, accessible via the above link. An invoice will then be raised. Once paid, your sponsorship will be confirmed and announced.
HOW DO I JOIN THE EVENT?
This virtual event will be hosted on the Event Cadence platform. Full details on how to prepare in advance to ensure your time is well spent, along with a link to join the Event will be sent to registered participants in advance. We encourage all guests to set up their profile, start making appointments and look at the schedule in advance of the event.
HOW DO I MAKE ONLINE NETWORKING APPOINTMENTS?
You will have opportunity to meet privately online with other attendees throughout the event to meet at your convenience. The only time you will not be able to have appointments is during the opening, keynote and general sessions.
About two weeks prior to the conference we will send instructions so you can send invitations to other participants inviting them to meet with you.
It is important that your contact details and outline profile are available on the conference page to ensure you are visible to other attendees who may wish to meet with you. This information will be requested when you register. You do have the option to opt out if you do not wish to be visible as an attendee.
All appointments will take place privately online via the conference platform.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
Content-led sessions will be recorded* and made available to registered participants after the event. Networking, private meetings and TMA Connect sessions will not be recorded.
