Alan Tilley is a founding principal of Bryan, Mansell and Tilley LLP. He has significant expertise in turnaround and restructuring, managing the complex issues in preserving enterprise value while operating in the zone of insolvency.

He is a frequent speaker on cross-border European restructuring and has written several articles on the subject. He is the 2008 and 2014 recipient of the TMA International Chairman’s awards for outstanding service to the international turnaround and restructuring profession.

Earlier this year Alan re-joined EACTP as President, having been an original founder. He has brought a new energy and passion for launching the EACTP education programme into Europe.
