WHEN DOES THE EVENT RUN?
The 2023 Central & Eastern Europe Summit will be held at the Sheraton Zurich Hotel, Pfingstweidstrasse 100, Zurich, 8005, Switzerland, unless otherwise stated. Pre-registration is required for all events. Programme overview:
Tuesday 19 September:
- 1700-1930: TMA Switzerland NextGen event – offsite; under 40 only
- 1930: TMA Europe Drinks Reception
Wednesday 20 September:
- 0830-1330: TMA Europe 2023 CEE Summit
- 1330-1400: TMA Switzerland/STA AGM (members only)
- 1400-2030: TMA Switzerland/STA National Convention and Drinks Reception

REGISTRATION *CLOSED*
Registration grants access to TMA Europe’s CEE Summit and TMA Switzerland/STA’s National Convention on Wednesday 20 September. If you wish to attend TMA Switzerland’s NextGen event or TMA Europe’s Drinks Reception on Tuesday 19 September, these should be added to your order.
Fees are per person. No VAT or tax will be charged. Credit card payment is preferred. You may request to be invoiced during the registration process. Invoices must be paid in full before registration can be confirmed.
Please remember to add any dietary requirements to your profile when registering.
This is a TMA Europe event and organised by TMA Europe, respectively. TMA Global solely provides the payment platform. TMA does not sell attendee lists or offer them through any third parties. If you receive an offer to purchase the attendee list for one of our conferences or events, consider it to be spam and delete in accordance with your company’s procedures.
HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION
Hotel: *Room block sold out* A room block was available at the host venue, the Sheraton Zurich Hotel, on Tuesday 19 September and Wednesday 20 September. Please make your reservation by Tuesday 5 September 2023 latest.
- Sheraton King Room: Single occupancy CHF 289/night. Double occupancy CHF 309/night
- Sheraton Twin Room: Single occupancy CHF 289/night. Double occupancy CHF 309/night
Rates include breakfast, guest room WIFI and VAT. A City Tax of CHF 2.50 per person and night will be charged additionally.

All reservations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Guests are responsible for all costs incurred during their stay.
Please note: TMA is working exclusively with the Sheraton Zurich Hotel and recommends that guests only book their rooms directly through the hotel. TMA does not endorse or recommend any outside groups offering promotional rates at the host hotel and cannot guarantee their credibility.
Cancellation policy:
Should your plans change and you can no longer attend, you can make a name change for no extra fee. If you need to cancel, TMA Europe must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at hjacobi@turnaround.org.
Cancellations received on or before midnight EST Wednesday 23 August 2023 (4 weeks out from the event) will be refunded subject to a €25 admin charge. No refunds will be granted after midnight EST on Wednesday 23 August 2023.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable and won’t be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is cancelled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.

How does my company become an event sponsor?
Take a look at the Sponsorship options here.
Please contact TMA Europe with your preferred option. A Sponsorship Agreement Form must be completed by return to reserve a sponsorship package, accessible via the above link. An invoice will then be raised. Once paid, your sponsorship will be confirmed and announced.

Business casual attire is perfectly acceptable throughout the event – we want you to be comfortable!
