TMA Europe’s 2026 Annual European Conference programme:

0830-1900: 2026 Annual European Conference at PwC Tower, Piazza Tre Torri 2, Milan

The Conference programme is conducted in English. No translation services are available onsite. 

We will be using TMA’s event app, which will give you access to view the programme, create a schedule, connect with fellow attendees to arrange appointments, as well as view speaker and sponsor information.

You will be sent a link 4 weeks before the event.

The link will be sent to the email address used at registration.

The event app will also be available after the event so you can continue to connect.

Early Bird Conference Registration rates are available until midnight CEST (Central European Summer Time) on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Regular registration will be available from Wednesday 1 April 2026 and will close on Friday 29 May 2026, 1800 CEST (Central European Summer Time).

The Gala Dinner is an optional registration – please add this to your order if you wish to attend. 

IMPORTANT: For security reasons, all registrations must be received by Friday 29 May 2026. Registrations received after this date may not be honoured. 

Pre-registration is required to attend all events. 

VAT: Italian VAT at 22% will be applied to all conference registrations, unless an Italian VAT number is provided during registration. Please follow the instructions on the registration page. TMA Europe’s Italian VAT number is IT00175029990.

A Sponsorship Agreement Form must be completed by return to reserve a sponsorship package. Once your invoice is paid, your sponsorship will be confirmed. 

Should your plans change and you can no longer attend, you can make a name change for a fee of €100.

If you need to cancel, TMA Europe must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at tmaeurope@turnaround.org.

Cancellations received on or before midnight CEST (European Summer Time) Wednesday 22 April 2026 (6 weeks out from the event) will be refunded subject to a €100 admin charge.

No refunds will be granted after midnight CEST on Wednesday 22 April 2026. Payment processing fees are non-refundable and won’t be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

Please contact us directly if you need to request a refund or name change.

Gala Dinner registration grants access to Palazzo Cusani on Wednesday 3 June 2026 only.

Conference registration grants access to the Annual European Conference at PwC on Thursday 4 June 2026 only.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged in accordance with Italian VAT regulations.

Below is a recommended list of local hotels close to PwC’s office. There is no obligation to stay at one of these hotels – attendees should book their accommodation wherever they prefer.

Important: PwC advise there are other international events in the city the same week, and early booking is recommended. 

There is no TMA room block or preferential rates at these hotels.

• Milan Linate Airport (LIN) – the city’s closest airport. 10 km from central Milan. 
• Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) – the main international airport. 50km northwest of Milan centre.
• Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) – “Il Caravaggio” – a major low-cost carrier hub. 50km northeast of Milan centre.

Photo Release/Technology Waiver: TMA Europe Ltd (company number 07485915) (TMA Europe) plans to take photographs, audio and video recordings at the event and reproduce them in TMA Europe or any of the TMA Global brand or chapters which can be found on https://turnaround.org/chapters in educational, news or promotional and marketing material, whether in print, electronic or other media and all marketing platforms, including any of the TMA websites. By participating in the event, you grant TMA the right to use your name, image and biography for such purposes. All postings in respect of the educational, news, promotion or any other marketing related to the TMA brand become the property of TMA Europe. Posting may be displayed, distributed or used by the TMA brand for any purpose. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the event, such as session attendance, the conference app and the conference web portal.

Delegate Information: Basic delegate contact information (name, job title, company) will be visible to other registered event attendees and event sponsors for the purposes of facilitating networking connections and business opportunities either in print onsite and/or via the conference app.

Authorised Attendance: Admission to official TMA Europe events will be by pre-registration only, and all participants must be registered to attend the event. Badges can only be picked up and used by the registered individual. Identification badges are not transferable and must be worn at all times. Any firm lending badges to or bringing unauthorised persons into the conference is subject to immediate removal from the conference, and the firm and such unauthorized persons may be barred from further participation in the conference and attendance at future conferences.
