She advises companies on financial restructuring, the preparation of financing concepts and supports them in stakeholder communication. In recent years, the experienced banking expert has been in charge of the restructuring and reorganization of large caps, LBO financing reorganizations and cross-border restructurings. Prior to joining W&P, she worked as a insolvency lawyer, twenty years as a director at a major bank in the restructuring department and 7 years in restructuring consulting.

She has published several articles and book chapters on restructuring. Eva Ringelspacher is also a lecturer at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg. She is a member of the Management Board of TMA Germany and TMA Europe President and also a member of the Board of Trustees (TMA Global).
