With nearly 20 years of professional experience, including 16 years in financial advisory, he has developed dual expertise in Litigation (i.e., financial support to disputes) and Restructuring (support to companies in difficulty).

Five years devoted exclusively to Restructuring—first as Restructuring Director at a Big Four firm and then as founder of the Restructuring practice of an independent audit and consulting firm that is a member of a top-10 international network—allowing him to be at the heart of managing corporate distress, working alongside inspiring and courageous entrepreneurs.

Gaining in-depth understanding of these complex situations, following 12 years of collaboration with firms led by renowned court-appointed experts, where he worked on more than 200 expert assignments before civil or commercial courts, in both contentious proceedings and insolvency proceedings.

It is his dual expertise that place him at the service of executives, companies, and shareholders in situations where their liability is called into question in insolvency proceedings.

He is a member of several professional associations dedicated to special situations: AJR, TMA France & Europe (Board member), IFPPC, Droit & Commerce, and AFFIC.

He is also a member of Réseau Entreprendre des Hauts-de-Seine (Board member) and of Les Rebondisseurs Français.
