Volunteer Leadership Opportunities

Nominations are now open for 2027 volunteer leadership roles with TMA Europe.

We are seeking passionate members to serve on TMA Europe’s Representation Committee and Sub-Committees.

Nominations are open to current TMA members. Previous volunteer experience is welcomed but not essential. Whether you’re looking to contribute for the first time or continue your leadership journey, we encourage you to apply.

Self-nominations are warmly encouraged, and members are also welcome to nominate a fellow TMA member.

We encourage applicants to have the consent of their local Chapter Board before applying. You may select up to three roles that you wish to apply for.

Application deadline: Friday 2 October 2026, midnight BST.

Serving with TMA Europe is an opportunity to contribute your skills, experience and perspective while helping shape the future of our organisation and the turnaround and restructuring profession across Europe.

It’s also an opportunity to build lasting relationships with peers, develop your leadership skills, broaden your professional network, and give back to both the profession and the next generation of turnaround professionals.

The following roles are open for applications:

TMA Europe Representation Committee (Board): Each role is for an initial two-year term commencing 1 January 2027:

• Co-Chair, Conferences & Sponsorships
• Chair, TMA NOW (Network of Women)
• Chair, TMA NextGen
• Co-Chair, Communications & Chapter Relations
• Chair, Finance
• TMA Europe President 2028-2029 (President Elect in 2027; TMA Europe Chairs only are eligible to apply)

Sub-Committee Member roles: Immediate start with no fixed term commitment: 

• Committee Member, NextGen
• Committee Member, TMA NOW (Network of Women) 
• Committee Member, Conferences & Sponsorship 
• Committee member, Communications & Chapter Relations
