David Bryan

David Bryan is Co-Founder and CEO of boutique turnaround and restructuring firm BM&T. London based BM&T is a founder member of the European Restructuring Solutions network.

A Chartered Accountant, MBA and a Fellow of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, David spent many years in industry as a

CFO in international listed businesses including several years living in the USA. He also worked extensively in Europe. David joined US turnaround firm Glass & Associates in 2004 before founding BM&T in 2008.

He has worked on numerous mid-market turnarounds, most with cross-border complexities. He Co-authored the Institute of Chartered Accountants guide to Turnaround and has won two TMA Turnaround of the Year awards. He has been Finance Director of TMA Europe since its foundation and is also on the board of the TMA UK chapter.
