First state examination in law in Augsburg in 1996. 2nd state examination 1998 in Augsburg. 1999 to 2003 Scientific assistant at the Chair for Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Foreign and International Private Law at the University of Augsburg under Prof. Dr. Volker Behr. 2003 Doctorate at the University of Augsburg with a comparative law thesis on German and US stock corporation law. 2003 to 2006 Attorney at Law in a law firm in Munich specializing in banking law. Since 2006 working as a lawyer for Gerloff – MunichLiebler Rechtsanwälte.
