Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change from time to time. In the event that we are unable to supply you with the goods or services paid for online you will receive a full refund.
While we endeavour to ensure that all information and prices on the TMA Europe website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/ details or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation policy for TMA Europe events
Refunds of event booking fees paid, less a £10 administration charge, will be granted for cancellations made up to three working days before the event takes place. No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. Delegates who fail to attend must pay the full amount and no refunds will be given. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
TMA Europe Annual Conference cancellation policies
Please refer to each individual Annual Conference as they are located in different countries each year. Please check for full details of the cancellation policy which applies to that particular event.
